Pastor Michael John Diener
Michael John Diener was born in Hastings, Nebraska on January 30, 1984 to Reverend John (of Mt. Clemens, Michigan) and Marcia (Kimle-of Kenesaw, Nebraska) Diener. Michael has one brother, Matthew, who is two years younger and lives in Rockford, Michigan. Matthew is Director of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) for the state of Michigan.
Pastor Michael Diener has lived in Nebraska, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and now Missouri. He has been blessed to receive his entire education in Lutheran schools. He served his vicarage in 2008-09 at Immanuel, Spencer and Christ-Lynch, NE and graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN in May 2010.

Pastor Diener and his partner in ministry, wife, Bethany (Beth), were married on July 11, 2009. God has blessed them with three children, Olivia, Landon, and Connor. Bethany (Heinecke) graduated from Concordia, Seward, as an elementary school teacher. Beth has many gifts that serve as a blessing as she and Pastor Diener share Christ’s love together as husband and wife and serve together in ministry.
Pastor Diener enjoys participating in a variety of sports and coaching. Pastor Diener is a die-hard University of Michigan and Detroit sports fan. But most importantly, he has a pastor’s heart, a desire to serve the Lord and joy for the ministry.
